I’ve lost nearly 50 pounds with this book. Although combiningfoods Suzanne’s way helps me to eat less, I believe what makes themost difference is cutting out sugar. I’m a healthier, calmer person now. I don’t eat red meat, and I still eat potatoes occasionally. You don’t have to follow the book exactly to get results! My advice to you is to closely watch how much saturated fat and sugar you consume. But the basic principles are good to follow, and it’s worth a try to see if the program works for you…
