If you are on the Atkins diet, it is a little calorie count, but say that junk food and processed foods. They are also some carbohydrates and eating much food with high protein. The theory behind the low-carb diet was found with Atkins diet is that by reducing your intake of these foods, you are in a phase where the body is called ketosis. During ketosis, your body burns fat in the body for fuel instead of the use of food in your diet, which in turn stops the production of insulin, which in turn will not be stored more fat.
